I was initially skeptical of using a service with only two yelp reviews, but the companies I called before Climate Control couldn’t get out to me within the same day.
Daniel (I think) from Climate Control was on site within an hour, and thank god because I was determined to sit in my hot house til I had my AC fixed. He was professional, punctual, efficient, and more. He had the issue fixed within the first hour (A run capacitor). He also did preventative maintenance with the remainder of his first hour billed without me asking, cleaning my condenser and cleaning out the drain pipe. No bullshit, no runaround, no gouging.
I took a chance on a company without a ton of reviews and was entirely, completely satisfied.
Now I get the rest of the day off in the cool while I let my job think I’m still waiting on an AC guy.
